I have over two decades of experience in the field of financial services, tax and audit. I have served as an Authorised Director (“dirigeant agréé”) of Luxembourg financial services companies, managing their operations under the direct supervision of the Luxembourg financial regulator (the “CSSF”). I have also held the position of partner in the tax department of a Big4 firm, focusing on Private Equity and financial solutions. This journey has endowed me with extensive knowledge at the intersection of taxation, regulatory compliance, finance and audit, and has provided me with significant exposure to the financial and alternative investment sectors.

I have had the privilege of working in diverse cultures at EY (for a total of 16 years, including the first 6 starting in 2001, and almost 10 more between January 2015 and June 2024) and in smaller service provider firms (Centuria, JTC, and Langham Hall - where I established the Luxembourg business). This experience has taught me the value of crafting customized offerings to address various client requirements.

I’m thrilled to apply my honed skills and guiding principles, namely trust, top-notch customer support, and consistent accessibility to our newcollaboration with Sandra and Cédric. Our shared goal is to foster enduring connections and generate lasting value for our clients.

With decades of expertise in the financial sector, both in the Investment Fund fields and in that of wealth management, I bring not only strong legal and regulatory skills developed throughout my career but also project management skills. My career has been punctuated by major challenges including the creation of several management companies and AIFMs. Rigor and organization are my dominant strengths which have positioned me as an ideal candidate for governance functions.

Accustomed to large, medium and small companies, I had the opportunity to develop my experience within companies such as JP Morgan, Petercam, Degroof, Apis AM. I understand the very different challenges faced by each type of company.

Thanks to these strengths, I joined Osmia Consulting in order to put all these skills accumulated over the years at the service of our clients, whether in Luxembourg or abroad. Our desire to become the expert financial consultant and representative in Luxembourg corresponds perfectly to the competencies that I wish to share in order to enable our clients to achieve rapid and sustainable development.

I bring over 25 years of expertise in financial matters, with a particular emphasis on private equity. Over the course of my career, I’ve contributed to the development of numerous economic and commercial projects across Europe, gaining deep insights and establishing a robust network of HNW and UHNW individuals in several countries.

In 2003, I co-founded « Investment for Wealth AG », which marked the beginning of an exciting professional journey. This later led to the creation of a management company in Luxembourg, further enhancing my commitment to providing innovative financial solutions.

Today, as a co-founder of Osmia Consulting, I work alongside my partners to expand our suite of financial services tailored to industry professionals. Our firm’s vision aligns perfectly with my long-standing goal of delivering bespoke financial solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients in a dynamic market environment.
